Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No manual signup required. Xyon AI creates an anonymous account automatically. You can optionally link your email for cross-device sync and account recovery.
Q: Which AI services are included?
A: Text: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Groq. Image: DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana. Video: Sora 2, Veo 3.

Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
A: Yes, you can switch at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Q: Does my subscription work on all platforms?
A: Yes! Link your email, and your subscription syncs across iOS, Android, Web, macOS, and Windows automatically.
Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
A: You keep access to your paid tier until the end of the billing period, then revert to the Free tier. Your conversations and history are preserved.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes! Ultimate tier includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges.

Q: Do conversations have context/memory?
A: Yes, each AI conversation maintains full context. The AI remembers what you discussed earlier in the same conversation.
Q: Can I use my own API keys?
A: Yes, power users can add their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other API keys in Settings to bypass quota limits.
Q: When do my daily quotas reset?
A: Quotas reset at midnight in your local timezone. Unused quota does not roll over.
Q: Can I download generated images and videos?
A: Yes, you can save and share all generated content directly from the app.
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. Xyon AI uses encrypted local storage, certificate pinning for API requests, and Firebase security rules. No IP addresses are logged.
Q: Can I delete my account?
A: Yes, contact support to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.
Q: Does Xyon AI sell my data?
A: No. We never sell your personal data or conversation history to third parties.

Q: Why do I see "streaming" in responses?
